Hey, I'm Syrena

I'm Syrena, a certified Your Enneagram Coach facilitator and faith-based identity coach. I've spent years watching what happens when people finally have language for the way they're wired — and bringing that experience to groups is some of the most meaningful work I do. I hold a Bachelor of Divinity and a Master's in Pastoral Counseling. All presentations are facilitated virtually.

Most Enneagram presentations introduce nine types. This one introduces people to themselves.

Introduction to the Enneagram

1 hour · Introductory

An accessible, engaging overview of the Enneagram — what it is, how it works, and a walk through all nine types with their core motivations. Ideal for groups who are brand new and want to see if this resonates before going further.

Discovering Who You Are

1.5–2 hours · Foundational

A fuller exploration of the nine types, their core fears and desires, and the patterns that show up in daily life. Includes time for questions and group reflection. A strong choice for small groups or community gatherings wanting a meaningful shared experience.

Enneagram Half-Day

3–4 hours · Intermediate

Goes beyond the types into the deeper elements — wings, paths of growth, instinctual centers, and levels of alignment. Participants leave with a richer understanding of themselves and a framework for ongoing growth. Well-suited to women's retreats or leadership development days.

5–6 hours · Deep Dive

The most comprehensive group experience available. Covers discovery, deeper elements, and practical application — including communication styles, conflict patterns, and how to relate well to each type. Designed for teams or groups ready to do substantial work together.
